What is the NYC STEM Conference?

The NYC STEM Conference is an event that provides a platform for students in 8th to 12th grade to showcase their research papers, posters, and projects related to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education.

Who can participate in the conference?

The conference is open to students from 8th to 12th grade who have conducted research or completed projects in STEM fields.

Is there a Registration Fee for participating in the conference?

Yes there is a Registration Fee for presenting in the conference and it will be mentioned in the Registration Form.

Why is there is a Registration Fee for the conference?

There is a minimal amount of Registration Fee for the conference to cover the operational costs, venue costs and the amount of Conference Kit that will be given to the students presenting on the conference day.

What are the guidelines for paper submissions?

A template will be shared to all the registered students, they will have to format their submissions according to the template and then submit for the conference.

Will there be awards for outstanding submissions?

Yes, there will be awards for outstanding submissions. Also selected submissions will be published in the special issue of Entech Digital Magazine.
